The Mobile Commerce Site & Smart Phone Application Contract Developer will define and build the programming framework for a generic m-commerce Smart Phone application and WAP solution that can be customized for each of Delivery Agent’s unique e-commerce brand identities.

Responsibilities:

• • Work with business representatives to define requirements and develop technical specifications
  • Architect software solutions & determine current limitations and compatibilities between subsystems, selection of new concepts and methodology, and development of major routines and utilities
  • Design and construct a creative, flexible m-commerce application for the iPhone, Blackberry & Android, as well as a generic WAP solution
  • Deliver high quality work on a tight development schedule
  

Requirements:

• • 2+ years of Objective C, C++ and Cocoa development experience with at least 1 year of iPhone experience and at least 1 significant application in the Apple iPhone App Store
  • JAVA, DSP, VOIP, Embedded Linux, Xcode, MySQL, .NET, HTML experience
  • Database experience, including practical knowledge of database client API's and experience designing databases with an eye on performance
  • Familiarity with and experience developing for an ecommerce site &/or mobile solution
  • Experienced building database driven applications using SQLite.
  • Deep experience developing for MAC OS X operating systems.
  • Experience with other mobile device platforms such as RIM, Windows Mobile, and Symbian a plus
  • Streaming audio or video applications and QuickTime API development experience required
  • Deftness at Object-Oriented design and systems architecture for mobile devices and wireless systems
  • Solid coding practices including good design documentation, unit testing, source control and peer code-reviews
  • Good optimization and debugging skills
  • Experience developing reusable APIs
  • Willingness to perform all duties required to successfully deliver client solutions
  • Bachelor*s degree is required
